Titans Lose, 6-3, at Berthoud College Grounds

The Tulane Green Wave handed the Cal State Fullerton Titans a loss at Berthoud College Grounds. The final score was 6-3. Mike Bentley was named player of the game for Tulane. In addition to his 2 singles and 1 home run, he scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The winner was Ian Upton in relief. His record improves to 3-1. Karl Macey took the loss. The Green Wave bumped their record to 18-16 with this latest triumph.
Tulane took a 6-3 lead on Bentley's 7th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which he hit off John Farris in the bottom of the sixth, propelled Tulane to the win.
"I really like what we did out there today," Bentley said after the game.
