Joe Taylor helped his team muscle past the Dallas Texans, 10-5. In the game, the Las Vegas right fielder went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Juan Carlos Baraja converted his 4th save in 6 tries. Even with the win, the Aces have a dismal 23-47 record.

Taylor put Las Vegas up, 10-1, when he hit a 3-run home run off Ashoka Pancholi in the bottom of the third. His 8th home run of the season helped the Aces capture the win.
