The Oregon Ducks downed the Texas Longhorns, 9-2, at Crunch Ballpark. Zachary Long led the way, going 3-for-4 for Oregon. The Ducks bumped their record to 16-12 with this latest triumph.

The Ducks got a big at-bat from designated hitter John Lary. For the game, Lary went 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 11th home run of the season gave Oregon a 2-0 lead.

"Nice to put this one in the win column," said Long.
