Extra-Inning Win by Horned Frogs over Golden Eagles
|
The TCU Horned Frogs got a magnificent effort from pitcher Chris Costello, who kept South Mississippi hitters in check en route to a 2-1 Horned Frogs win at Dingoes Ballpark. With the win, the Horned Frogs have a record of 10-12.
TCU took a 2-1 lead on Doug Dunn's 1st home run of the season. The solo home run came off South Mississippi pitcher Nick Germinaro in the bottom of the 11th.
"This wasn't a good win," said Costello. "It was a great win."
