The Tulane Green Wave defeated the Houston Cougars, 9-2, in Rod Dedeaux League action at Berthoud College Grounds, with Tulane designated hitter Brian Goodman named player of the game. Tulane has an impressive 11-5 record.
The Green Wave got a big at-bat from left fielder Tim Radziewicz. For the game, Radziewicz went 1 for 4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 2nd double of the season gave Tulane a 3-2 lead.
