Win Streak Now at 9 for Sun Devils

The Arizona State Sun Devils topped the Cal State Fullerton Titans, 6-1, in Rod Dedeaux League action at Hartford College Grounds. The player of the game was Arizona State pitcher and Rogers, Arkansas native Travis Gibson. The winning pitcher was Gibson, now 1-0. He tossed 5 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 1 and fanning 8. Arizona State has now won 9 games in a row.
Sam Henderson, who is the 2nd-best prospect in the Sun Devils organization, aided the Arizona State cause with a 3-run home run in the top of the third. For the game, the center fielder was 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.
