The Rubber City Rhinos picked up a win at The Rubber Grounds, knocking off the Las Vegas Aces, 4-2. Starting pitcher Bob Ruíz was an essential part of his team's success. The 4th-place Rhinos improved to 32-37.

Ruíz gave Rubber City a solid start. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 1 hit over 8.1 innings.
