Getting a good performance from catcher Bill Luty, the Arizona Wildcats defeated the LSU Tigers, 6-2. Luty was 1-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4 for the Wildcats. Billy Murray nailed down his 1st save. Arizona, now 1-4, is off to a slow start.
