The Texans had to overcome a good performance from Rubber City pitcher James Thompson to claim a 3-2 win at Metroplex Park. Thompson went 6.2 innings and allowed 1 earned run. Dallas now has a 3-game win streak.

The Texans were down to their last out in the bottom of the ninth when catcher Augusto Reyes turned a 1-2 fastball from Shinzo Sasaki into a 2-run single. The walk-off single sent a roar through the crowd and gave Dallas a thrilling 3-2 win.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Reyes told the Dallas Daily News.
