Victory Pushes Frosties Record to 83-79
|
The Barrow Frosties topped the Atlantic City Kings, 2-1, in Donnie Moore League action at The Royal Colosseum. The player of the game was Barrow pitcher Bob Tamez. Barrow goes to 83-79, Atlantic City to 102-60.
The Frosties got a big at-bat from third baseman Steve Clark. For the game, Clark was 1 for 4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs. In the top of the first, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 20th double of the season gave Barrow a 2-0 lead.
