Dancin' Outlaws Shut Out Blizzard
The West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws picked up a win at Penlee Park, knocking off the Taos Blizzard, 3-0. Starting pitcher Andrew Welborn played a key role in the triumph. The Dancin' Outlaws saw their win-loss record go to 75-87. At the same time, the Blizzard fell to 78-84.

Jeff Ferrick's at-bat in the bottom of the second inning was a big one for West Virginia. Coming to bat with two out, runners on 2nd and 3rd and West Virginia leading 1-0, the left fielder hit a 2-run single.

"We'll savor this win," Welborn told the West Virginia Today, "then get ready for the next game."
