The Taos Blizzard and Atlantic City Kings played an exciting game at The Igloo.

The Taos Blizzard did just enough to sneak past the Atlantic City Kings, 3-2, at The Igloo. Taos pitcher Perry Groenendijk earned player of the game honors. Taos goes to 76-82, Atlantic City to 100-58.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Taos left fielder Brent Driggs, facing Tom Greer, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Blizzard the 3-2 win.

"This place sure got loud," said Vincent Crockett, the Taos manager.
