Blizzard Win at Bethesda, 5-4

The Taos Blizzard beat the Bethesda Hornets, 5-4, at Hornets Field. The Blizzard got a fine performance from right fielder Marty Clara, who captured player of the game honors. He went 3 for 3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Eddy Aguilar got the win, improving to 3-4. He pitched 8 innings, giving up 9 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 8 and walking 1. With the win, the Blizzard improved to 64-72.
Clara had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the top of the first inning, when he hit a run-scoring single. The Blizzard went on to win.
