The Eugene Emeralds defeated the West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws, 8-3, in Donnie Moore League action at Prefontaine Park, with Eugene pitcher Fernando Guzmán named player of the game. The winning pitcher was Guzmán, now 11-6. He tossed 6.1 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 3 and fanning 7. Eugene is now riding a 3-game win streak.
