The Dancin' Outlaws grabbed a win, 5-0, at Penlee Park, overcoming a fine effort from San Angelo pitcher Dan Garcia. Garcia went 7 innings and allowed 5 earned runs. The Dancin' Outlaws now have a record of 59-68 with the win over San Angelo.

The Dancin' Outlaws got a big at-bat from designated hitter Ryan Gooch. For the game, Gooch was 1-4 with a triple. In the bottom of the second, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring triple. His 1st triple of the season gave West Virginia a 1-0 lead.
