Stable Park was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Kingwood Knights and the Barrow Frosties.

Behind a solid performance from right fielder Brian Meisner, the Kingwood Knights defeated the Barrow Frosties, 5-4. Meisner was 2 for 3 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Knights. Dylan Thompkins was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 21 of 25 save opportunities.

Meisner had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the second inning, when he hit a grand slam. The Knights went on to win.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Kingwood manager Herb Good.

The Knights bumped their record to 66-61 with this latest triumph.
