Williams goes 3-for-5 in Lake Monsters Win
Robbie Williams was instrumental in his team's 12-5 triumph over the Kingwood Knights. The left fielder was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Okanagan Lake Monsters. Shi-xian Ouyang was the winner. Over 6.2 innings, he allowed 5 runs on 11 hits, with 1 walk and 5 strikeouts. The Lake Monsters bumped their record to 67-55 with this latest triumph.

Williams put Okanagan up, 10-1, when he hit a grand slam home run off Zane Gunter in the bottom of the third. His 2nd home run of the season helped the Lake Monsters capture the win.

"We took advantage of our opportunities," Williams told the Okanagan Daily News. "It's as simple as that."
