Brisbane played host to Taos at the friendly confines of Baylor Ballpark.
Brisbane Bush Wackers starter Yeong-sam Yi was in fine form against the Taos Blizzard at Baylor Ballpark, leading his team to a 6-3 win. Jose Laracuente notched his 21st save in 24 chances.
Despite the loss, the Bush Wackers got an encouraging performance from 21-year-old Danny Frampton. In the top of the fourth, he hit a bases-clearing double to make the score 6-3, Taos.
"It's not easy for a young guy to go out there and perform," Bush Wackers manager Pete Barrett said. "But he did it like one of the vets."
Brisbane is now 57-61, Taos 53-63.
