The Charleston Panthers knocked off the St. Paul Saints, 7-5, at Franklin Mountains Field. Ryosaku Nishimura, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason Charleston won. The first baseman went 2-2 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Charleston reliever Ryan Hamblin was the winner. His record is now 5-6. Blake Connell took the loss.
