Scott Delivers Clutch At-Bat for Coney Island in Walk-Off Win
Coney Island catcher Dusty Scott was a significant contributor in his team's 5-4 triumph over the Brisbane Bush Wackers. He went 4 for 4 with a double, 3 singles, and a walk for Coney Island. Takamasa Oki picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 6-1. Bob Chamberlain was tagged with the loss. The Cyclones bumped their record to 54-44 with this latest triumph.

Scott had a game-changing single in the bottom of the ninth. On a 3-1 fastball from Bob Chamberlain, he banged a run-scoring single to left, giving the Cyclones a 5-4 lead. It was the 29th hit of the year for Scott.

"I'll probably toss and turn tonight," Brisbane manager Pete Barrett said following the tough loss.
