Victory Over Frosties Takes New Orleans to 60-38
Barrow first baseman Jack Kelley was sensational. He was 2-4 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. New Orleans beat the Frosties, 10-8. Kelley was named the player of the game despite the loss. The Jedi Knights have an impressive 60-38 record.

Frank Espinoza aided the New Orleans cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the first. For the game, the third baseman drew 2 walks in 4 trips to the plate.

"We maximized our offense today," said New Orleans skipper Phillip Smith. "That makes everyone's life easier."
