Loer Dazzles in Boise Win
Boise Bloodhounds starter Jason Loer was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Nichols Gnats, 8-1. Even with the win, the Bloodhounds have a dismal 30-59 record.

The Gnats had little chance against Loer, who overpowered Nichols hitters and struck out 12.

In postgame comments to the Boise Bulletin, Loer said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
