Late Rally by Mustangs Secures Win
The San Angelo Mustangs knocked off the Taos Blizzard, 10-6, at Heartland Kettlecorn Stadium. Mario Rios, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason San Angelo won. The third baseman was 3-3 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Sam Thomas got credit for the win, improving to 5-2. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1 innings. The Mustangs have an impressive 51-30 record.
