Sting Fall Short, 3-2, at Coney Island
|
In a low-scoring clash between Coney Island and Houston, pitcher Bobby Criss was a difference-maker. The right-hander earned player of the game honors for Coney Island in the 3-2 win. In 6.2 innings, Criss surrendered 10 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 1. He allowed 2 runs. The Cyclones bumped their record to 44-36 with this latest triumph.
