5 Straight Wins for Black Squirrels
|
Getting an impressive start from Juan Bojorques, Tree City beat Victoria by the score of 7-2. Zach Faulkner notched his 6th save in 8 chances. Tree City has now won 5 straight.
In the top of the seventh, Miguel Villanuera stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Vikings were trailing 7-0, but had the bases loaded. That's when George Fredrickson made a terrific pitch and Villanuera flied out. Gone was the dream of a Victoria comeback.
