There was no shortage of dramatics at The Blizzard Bowl today.

The Frosties grabbed a win, 3-2, at The Blizzard Bowl, overcoming a fine effort from Chippewa pitcher Mike Allamon. Allamon went 9 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. Barrow reliever Alex Rosario picked up the win, upping his record to 3-1. Anastasio Gómez absorbed the loss.

The Frosties got a big at-bat from designated hitter Brian Douglas. For the game, Douglas was 2-5 with a double. In the bottom of the 11th, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 40th hit of the season gave Barrow a 3-2 lead.

"I just try to bring what I bring to this team," said Douglas.

The 4th-place Frosties have won 4 consecutive games.
