Mustangs Walk Off with Win
San Angelo Mustangs starter Alex Acevedo was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Okanagan Lake Monsters, 5-3. San Angelo reliever Sam Thomas picked up the win, upping his record to 4-2. Dusty Mast took the loss. San Angelo has now won 5 straight.

San Angelo won the game in the bottom of the 11th inning. With one out and Dusty Mast on the mound for Okanagan, pinch hitter Jody Owens hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Mustangs fans to their feet.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Owens.
