Correa Goes Off, But Emeralds Win
St. Petersburg designated hitter Ismael Correa had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 11-8, to Eugene at Prefontaine Park. Correa hit 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. The win was Wayne Sweeney's in relief. His record improves to 2-1. Juan Duran took the loss for St. Petersburg. Tatsuji Kudo was credited with the save.
