Road Warriors Lose, 7-3, at Philip Banks Field

The Bel Air Princes topped the Westside Road Warriors, 7-3, at Philip Banks Field. Bel Air right fielder Wayne Steiert earned player of the game honors. He banged out 2 singles and 1 double, while driving in 1 runs. Reliever Jeremy Battle picked up the win. His record improves to 1-1. Eddie Cory took the loss. The Princes bumped their record to 31-24 with this latest triumph.
Tama Loa, who is tied for 7th in the DML in home runs with 9, aided the Bel Air cause with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the catcher went 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Loa. "And not try to do too much."
