Rhinos Fall Short at Seattle
Aidan Turgoose had a good game, but he could not keep the Rubber City Rhinos from falling, 8-7, to the Seattle Sasquatch at Sick's Stadium. The Rubber City left fielder went 3 for 5 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 in the loss. Seattle now sits in 4th place in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division at 24-28.

The Sasquatch got a big at-bat from first baseman Floyd McAuley. For the game, McAuley was 2 for 7 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs. In the bottom of the 13th, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 24th hit of the season gave Seattle a 8-7 lead.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," McAuley said.
