Victory Over Blizzard Takes Chippewa to 29-16
|
The Chippewa River Chiefs topped the Taos Blizzard by the score of 7-4, with the largest share of the credit going to catcher Norm Stewart. Stewart went 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for the River Chiefs. Chippewa reliever Mark Daniel was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Ramiro Castillo took the loss. The River Chiefs own a robust 29-16 mark.
