Frosties Get Close Win Over Dancin' Outlaws
The West Virginia Dancin' Outlaws got a superb performance from pitcher Iestyn Stanbridge. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Barrow. The Frosties won the game, 6-5. In spite of the loss, Stanbridge was named the player of the game. He threw 5 innings of 1-hit ball. Barrow reliever Toyoshige Konda picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Aaron Valenti was saddled with the loss. Alex Rosario closed the game out for Barrow, earning his 2nd save.

Pablo Diaz's hit in the top of the ninth was a game-changer. With two out, he rapped a fastball from Aaron Valenti for a run-scoring double. It put Barrow in front, 6-5.

Diaz told the media after that game that the mood in the clubhouse is "extremely positive" after a win like that.

The Frosties raised their record to 15-20.
