It was a good time at Saints Ballpark, where fans came to watch the Taos Blizzard and St. Paul Saints get after it.

The St. Paul Saints defeated the Taos Blizzard, 14-4, in Lyman Bostock League action at Saints Ballpark, with St. Paul designated hitter Rudy Kuhn named player of the game. Konrad Dortmans earned the win for St. Paul. He lasted 7 innings, allowing 4 earned runs on 8 hits, while striking out 11. With the win, he raised his record to 1-3. Luis Carranza closed the game out for St. Paul, earning his 1st save.

Kuhn had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the fifth inning, when he hit a 2-run triple. The Saints went on to win.

"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Kuhn said.

The win gives St. Paul a record of 12-15.
