The Brisbane Bush Wackers defeated the San Angelo Mustangs, 5-2, in Donnie Moore League action at Baylor Ballpark, with Brisbane pitcher Jose Artola named player of the game. Losses have been few and far between for the Mustangs so far this season. Their record drops to 18-8.

Jesús Morales aided the Brisbane cause with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the second. For the game, the catcher was 1-3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
