Cruz Helps Lake Monsters Run Win Streak to 7
Lake Monsters left fielder Melvin Cruz put his stamp on his team's 10-5 win over the Boise Bloodhounds. Cruz went 4 for 4 with a triple, a double, 2 singles, and 2 walks, while scoring 4 times and driving in 3 for Okanagan in the contest. The winner was Tenkou Miura, who threw 95 pitches over 5.2 innings. The left-hander was charged with 4 runs on 6 hits. The Bloodhounds fall to 7-13 and continue their wobbly start to the 2034 season.
