Vikings Win, Hope to Turn Around Slow Start
The Victoria Vikings picked up a win at The drakkar, knocking off the Winfield Warriors, 6-3. Starting pitcher Dave O'Donohue was an essential part of his team's success. Andy Jones sewed up the save, his 4th. The Warriors, now 6-6, continue their slow start.

Germán Barrera hit a 2-run double off Derek Rolf in the bottom of the second, which put the Vikings in front, 2-0. In addition to the double, Barrera had 1 single, while going 2 for 3.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," O'Donohue said.
