Not everyone stuck through the 20-minute rain delay, but those who did went home happy.

The Brooklyn Black Knights trumped the Cabo San Lucas Toreros, 7-4, at Blue Ivy Stadium. Brooklyn right fielder Toshikasu Okuda was named player of the game for his performance. He went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs. Brooklyn has now won 4 straight.

The Black Knights got a big at-bat from second baseman Sadahige Taniguchi. For the game, Taniguchi went 1-4. In the bottom of the seventh, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 29th hit of the season gave Brooklyn a 5-4 lead.

"We'll keep playing hard and let the chips fall where they may," said Brooklyn manager German Burdier.
