Guardado goes 3-for-5, Princes Move to 4-1
|
The Bel Air Princes defeated the Westside Road Warriors, 10-7, in Donnie Moore League action at Road Warriors Field, with Bel Air catcher Edgar Guardado named player of the game. The Princes, now 4-1, have been playing some good baseball.
Wayne Steiert helped out the Bel Air cause in the top of the fifth inning with a 2-run single. For the game, the right fielder went 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 2 RBI.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Steiert. "And not try to do too much."
