The Silicon Valley Hackers got a stellar effort from pitcher Terry Yarrigle, helping Silicon Valley score a 3-2 win over the visiting Jacksonville Hellcats. The Hackers bumped their record to 93-66 with this latest triumph.
José Valéncia aided the Silicon Valley cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the third. For the game, the left fielder was 2 for 3 with 2 singles.
"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Valéncia.
