Shamrocks Come Back Late, Nip Beetlecats
In a tight game between the Pacifica Shamrocks and the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats, pitcher Yeong-sam Yi was terrific on the mound. The Pacifica left-hander was named the player of the game in Pacifica's 1-0 win. Pacifica leads the Cory Lidle League Gene Mauch Division by 10 games.

Ricardo Aragon was the walk-off hero for Pacifica. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Shamrocks designated hitter hit a dramatic solo home run to send the teams home.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Aragon said.
