Bullets Win in Glorious Fashion
Benefiting from an exceptional performance from José Salas, the Biloxi Bullets defeated the Phoenix Lights, 10-9. Salas went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Bullets. Biloxi reliever Paolo Jens picked up the win, upping his record to 2-5. Jimmy Shumaker was saddled with the loss. The Bullets saw their record improve to 62-96.

David Kopacki had the critical at-bat for Biloxi. With two out in the bottom of the ninth inning, he hit a walk-off run-scoring single. It gave Biloxi the 10-9 walk-off win.

"What a game," said Salas. "We needed every last run."
