It was a fun time at Bloomfield Road, where the Ruidoso Osos and Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats tangled.

With third baseman Mitsunori Nauert leading the charge, the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats defeated the Ruidoso Osos, 11-1, at Bloomfield Road. Nauert, who is tied for 6th in the CLL in home runs with 24, belted 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 4. After today's action, Buzzard's Bay sits at 81-75, while Ruidoso falls to 80-76.

Nauert had an important at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the fifth, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Beetlecats went on to win.

"You can't sugarcoat this one," said Ruidoso manager John Perry. "We got flat-out beat."
