|
Long Island right-hander Jackson Knickle pitched his team to victory over the San Antonio Storm Troopers at The Clone Army. The final score was 7-5. Knickle, now 7-10, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 3 hits, while striking out 3, walking 7, and allowing no earned runs. Takamasa Oki converted his 6th save in 6 tries.
Jess Burhoe aided the Long Island cause with a 3-run home run in the top of the first. For the game, the shortstop was 1-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
