Hawks Win at Riverside, 7-1

The Boise Hawks got a strong performance from pitcher Cristo Cruz, who stymied the Riverside offense en route to a 7-1 win at Red Bull Stadium. The Hawks bumped their record to 66-56 with this latest triumph.
Tal-hun Kug, who is tied for 5th in the CLL in doubles with 26, chipped in for Boise with a 2-run home run in the top of the third. For the game, the left fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
