The Cincinnati Snaps topped the Topeka Predators by the score of 6-3, with the biggest share of the credit going to pinch hitter Greg Bova. Bova was 1-1 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Snaps on the day. Shinji Makino was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 1 of 1 save opportunities. Bova had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a first pitch fastball from Francisco Martínez, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Snaps a 4-3 lead. It was the 8th home run of the year for Bova.
