The rain at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum did not keep Frisco and Youngstown from finishing their game.

Frisco starter Alejandro Reyes had a strong outing against the Youngstown Tune-Ups at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 4-1 win. Jeff Van Wormer converted his 4th save in 4 tries.

The Rams got a big at-bat from catcher Neal Thacker. For the game, Thacker went 2-4 with a double. In the top of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 10th double of the season gave Frisco a 1-0 lead.

"We're in a marathon, not a sprint," Reyes said in postgame remarks. "Soon enough, the finish line will be in sight."

The second-place Rams improved to 68-49.
