Hellcats Continue Skid Thanks to Yamanaka, Red Bulls
|
Another game, another loss for the struggling Jacksonville Hellcats.
The Riverside Red Bulls topped the Jacksonville Hellcats, 9-1, in Cory Lidle League action at Hellcats Park. The player of the game was Riverside designated hitter Haruhiko Yamanaka. The Hellcats have now dropped 8 straight.
It could have been a different outcome for Riverside, had it not been for Louie Culley, the 27-year old third baseman . Culley contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth inning to put Riverside up, 2-0.
"We did more than enough to get the win," said Culley.
