Rams Win at Boise, 5-2

Frisco and Boise duked it out at Basque Block Field and the Rams came out victorious.
The Rams had to overcome a fine performance from Boise pitcher Tokuma Taihei to grab a 5-2 win at Basque Block Field. Taihei allowed 1 earned run over 5 innings. Jeff Van Wormer notched his 3rd save in 3 chances.
Todd Gladue aided the Frisco cause with a 2-run home run in the top of the second. For the game, the shortstop went 1-3 with a home run and was hit by a pitch, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
"Feels good to get the job done," Gladue said after the game.
The Rams bumped their record to 66-48 with this latest triumph.
