Buzzard's Bay played host to Boise at the friendly confines of Bloomfield Road.

The Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats defeated the Boise Hawks, 11-4, in Cory Lidle League action at Bloomfield Road, with Buzzard's Bay catcher Ángel Aquino named player of the game. The Beetlecats bumped their record to 56-50 with this latest triumph.

Raúl Molina aided the Buzzard's Bay cause with a 2-run single in the bottom of the first. For the game, the designated hitter went 1-4. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Aquino. "And not try to do too much."
