Red Bull Stadium was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Phoenix Lights and the Riverside Red Bulls.

The Phoenix Lights got a good effort from starter Brian Christ in defeating the Riverside Red Bulls at Red Bull Stadium. The final score was 3-2. Nobuhiko Newton got the save, his 8th in 10 chances.

Winn Miller drew 2 walks in 4 plate appearances for Phoenix. The 22-year old third baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the sixth. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring walk off Tyler Ambroziak. It was his 15th walk of the season.

"It was a solid team effort," said Miller after the game.

Phoenix has now won 4 straight.
